FAQs

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone/iPad, go to Settings[your name]Subscriptions, select Quizzeta, and cancel. You can also manage at Apple Support.

Report an incorrect or inappropriate quiz question

From the app, tap the Report option on a question, or email us with the quiz topic and what went wrong. Some content is generated by AI and may occasionally be inaccurate.

Restore purchases

Open Quizzeta → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy.
